Career Handbook - Hierarchy and structure

The Career Handbook (CH) 2016, further expands the National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2016 four-tiered hierarchical structure. Starting from the NOC structure based on 10 broad occupational categories, 40 major groups, 140 minor groups and 500 unit groups, the CH further disaggregate the unit groups into 939 occupational profiles.
