The Skills and Competencies Taxonomy is composed of hundreds of occupational descriptors used in the labour market to describe job requirements and/or individuals’ personal characteristics. Each descriptor is associated with one of the eight main categories of the Taxonomy (skills, personal abilities and attributes, knowledge, interests, work context, work activities, tools, and technology) and more specifically, into a sub-category.
